	I just read an article by Midge Decter in @i(Contentions)
about the conference you held at Hoover on changing the Soviet
Union and about the disapproval of the conference by Kennedy, Drell
and Flory.  I hadn't heard of the conference previously, and I
think it's an excellent idea, something about which I have thought
a lot.  I would like to meet with you when it is convenient for
